CARROM® COMPANY’S LIMITED WARRANTY:

Carrom warrants all games to be free from defects in design, assembly, material, and workmanship for a period of (90) days from the date of original purchase. Should any defect in material or workmanship appear during the limited warranty period, the component will be repaired or replaced at Carrom’s sole option. This limited warranty does not include damage due to abuse, misuse, alteration, accident, neglect, vandalism, shipping, handling, ordinary wear and tear, or incorrect assembly of components. This limited warranty is only for the original purchaser and may not be modified or transferred.

To inquire in regards to a limited warranty claim, please complete the Warranty Inquiry form at carrom.com or send an email to info@carrom.com. We will then contact you promptly in regards to how to assist you and evaluate your claim. After receiving your notification, we will ask for your proof of purchase, a detailed explanation of the claim, and your return address with daytime telephone number.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT ARE ALLOWED BY LAW SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE TERMS OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY PROVIDED IN THIS DOCUMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CARROM’S ONLY LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE GAME COMPONENT, AS STATED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARROM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE A DIRECT RESULT OF CARROM’S NEGLIGENCE.
